- Markus Sieger, President of the Board
Markus Sieger holds a degree in Economics from the University of Applied Sciences for Business and Administration in Zurich. He started his career in 1981 with Zurich Insurance Group where he specialised in the field of information systems (IS) leading several organisational and IS projects. Before joining fincoord in 1994, he was manager for information systems planning and concepts for the Swiss operations of Zurich Financial Services.
As a managing partner of fincoord Markus Sieger is actively involved in negotiating and structuring international joint-ventures for our clients thus coordinating entrepreneurial, financial, fiscal and legal issues. Being active for our clients in the pharmaceutical, fast moving consumer goods, construction and media sector for many years, he is currently engaged in various new projects helping start-up companies by guiding them strategically. He holds several supervisory board seats in Switzerland, Poland and Holland. - Bruno Valsangiacomo, Member of the Board
Bruno Valsangiacomo is a graduate of the School of Economics and Administration in Zurich. He is a seasoned corporate banker with over 20 years experience with major institutions in Switzerland such as UBS (1972 to 1982) and Banque Paribas (1982 to 1991). In 1991 he founded FFC Fincoord Finance Coordinators Ltd., Zurich, an investment banking and advisory firm. Bruno Valsangiacomo has initiated, structured and negotiated a variety of complex transactions in Poland on behalf of both Polish and Western clients. He has contributed to the successful implementation of several ground-breaking projects, and has particularly strong experience in the media, foods and distribution industries in Poland. In 1991, Bruno Valsangiacomo joined Jan Wejchert and Mariusz Walter as a founding shareholder of the ITI Group. He is a Director of several companies in Switzerland, the European Union and in Poland. - Rolf Kuster, Member of the Board
Rolf Kuster holds a Master in Computer Science and works in IT since 1981. He held several management positions within leading international companies such as Zurich Financial Services where he was nominated as Head of Electronic Commerce and worked on several international projects in the US, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Venezuela incl. cross-company application integration. Rolf's IT know-how ranges from Internet technologies (like HTML, Java, Smart Cards etc.) to mainframes, midrange systems, networks and he was responsible for projects to integrate heterogeneous systems as well as application and solution architecture and security (incl. encryption, authentication etc.). Rolf has extensive working experience in IBM and Microsoft platforms environments incl. specific knowledge on IBM Lotus Notes/Domino/Sametime. Rolf holds the IBM Lotus Award "CTO EMEA" for 2005 and speaks German, English and Spanish fluent, French moderate.
